“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.” Gen 1:27-28
There are 3 institutions that God established on the earth. The family, the church, and the government. The Family is the foundation. most basic building block of every society. As the family goes, so goes the society.
I’m sure you are aware that the family unit in America has been under attack for some time now and is struggling. Approximately 20% of marriages end in divorce and there are now 56 million couples living together out of wedlock. This has had a catastrophic effect on the children of this generation, many of whom are growing up very hurt, abused, insecure and lacking in the basic love and security they need to be healthy.
The good news is... the answers to all our family problems are in the owners manual (The Bible) and here at Cedar Heights, we are committed to helping each family find the answers and the help that they need to become a strong and healthy family.
