Worship
In the book of John, Jesus said, that God the Father is seeking “True Worshipers”. (Jn 4:23)
Our desire at Cedar Heights is to become True Worshipers... to learn how to worship in Spirit and in Truth.” (Jn 4:24)
In a recent survey of the church in America, George Barna discovered that: ”8 out of 10 people didn’t feel like they experienced a real connection with God during the worship experience.”
That is sad, because the very essence of worship is to experience a revelation of God and then respond to God with our praise, our admiration and our service. Our desire at Cedar Heights
is to help each person to experience God on a regular basis.

Nursery Care is available every Sunday morning for babies from birth to 2 years of age. Our nursery is spacious and clean, ans is staffed by capable and loving volunteers. For more information call 726-3490.
A Children’s Church Ministry is also offered for Toddlers (ages 2-4) and elementary children (age 5- 4rth grade). Ever Sunday morning, Children worship with their families for part of the service and then are taken to a special place for a teaching time that is better suited to their particular age.
There are many opportunities for those who desire to help with worship leadership. Our current worship ministries include: greeters, ushers, pianists, organists, instrumentalists, a children’s choir, an adult choir, a contemporary worship team and a drama team and technicians for sound, audio-visual and powerpoint
